The Course

At 6,542 yards from the tips, Long Creek may seem like a walk in the park but it isn't. The course is par 72 with par 36 on both nines. The RCGA rates the men’s middle tees at 69.2 with a slope of 125, and 76 with a slope of 142 for the women.

The greens tend to be medium sized and medium challenging. But the course features numerous tight fairways and unforgiving creek ravines that must be crossed to reach the greens. So, the patient shotmaker who can judge the yardages and hit an accurate shot will score well.
